1. Affiliate Levels and Commission Structure
1.1 Commission Rates
Our affiliate program offers a tiered commission structure based on performance. The commission rates are as follows:
- Brown: 30% per sale (No minimum requirement)
- Silver: 35% per sale (Minimum total earnings of INR 25,000)
- Gold: 40% per sale (Minimum total earnings of INR 50,000)
- Diamond: 45% per sale (Minimum total earnings of INR 100,000)
- Ruby: 50% per sale (Minimum total earnings of INR 200,000)
1.2 Affiliate Eligibility
Affiliates must have an established source of traffic, such as a Telegram group, WhatsApp community, website, or YouTube channel. All applications are manually reviewed, and approval is at our discretion.
2. Commission Payment Terms
2.1 Minimum Payout Threshold
Affiliates must accumulate a minimum of INR 3,000 in commission earnings before becoming eligible for a payout.
2.2 Payment Frequency
Commission payouts are processed weekly for affiliates who meet the minimum threshold.
2.3 Payment Methods
Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal, UPI, depending on the affiliate’s preference.
3. Referral Cookie Duration
3.1 Cookie Validity
Our tracking cookies remain valid for 90 days, ensuring affiliates receive credit for conversions completed within this period after the initial referral.
4. Prohibited Promotional Methods
4.1 Forbidden Practices
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Misleading visitors with false information.
- Engaging in spam-based promotion.
- Using bots or fake accounts for engagement.
Violating these guidelines may result in immediate suspension or termination from the affiliate program.
4.2 Disclosure Requirement
Affiliates must accurately represent Eternals Education Powered by Online Eternals Powered by Online Eternals as an educational platform without misleading potential students.
5. Content Guidelines
Affiliates must clearly communicate that Eternals Education Powered by Online Eternals is an online learning platform when promoting our services on any channel.
6. Termination Policy
6.1 Grounds for Termination
Affiliates may be removed from the program for:
- Providing misleading or incorrect information.
- Using automated systems or fake traffic sources.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities.
6.2 Voluntary Termination
Affiliates wishing to leave the program must provide a 48-hour notice to Eternals Education Powered by Online Eternals.
7. Refund and Chargeback Policy
7.1 Commission Eligibility
Affiliates are eligible for commissions only after the 30-day refund period expires. If a refund occurs within this period, no commission will be paid for that sale.
8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
8.1 No Liability for Losses
Eternals Education Powered by Online Eternals is not responsible for any loss of earnings or indirect damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program.
8.2 Affiliate Responsibility
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Eternals Education Powered by Online Eternals harmless from any claims or damages arising due to violations of these terms.
9. Governing Law
9.1 Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
10. Additional Rules
10.1 Strict Prohibitions
- The use of bots, automated scripts, or deceptive methods is strictly forbidden.
- Affiliates must not misrepresent Eternals Education Powered by Online Eternals in any way.
