2. How are commission levels structured, and how much can I earn?
Our program has a tiered commission structure based on your level:
- Newbie: 10% per sale
- Proficient: 15% per sale
- Competent: 20% per sale
- Masterful: 25% per sale
- Elite: 30% per sale
As you increase your performance, you can move up in levels and earn higher commission rates.
3. Are there any requirements for joining the affiliate program?
Yes, affiliates should have an established source of traffic, such as a Telegram group, WhatsApp community, website, or YouTube channel. Each application is reviewed manually, and approval typically takes 24 to 48 working hours. If there are any issues, it may take up to 7 days.
4. How do I get my affiliate link and promotional materials?
Affiliates can generate specific links for any page on our platform using the link generator at the top of their dashboard. We also provide banner links and other creatives, which are accessible from your affiliate dashboard.
5. What methods of promotion are allowed?
Affiliates can promote Eternals Education through any established, ethical marketing channel they own, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing. However, certain promotional methods are prohibited:
- Providing false information about our platform to visitors
- Engaging in spamming activities
Affiliates found violating these rules may have their account terminated.
6. How long does a visitor remain linked to my account after clicking my affiliate link?
Our cookies last 90 days, which means you will receive credit for any purchases made by your referred visitor within this period.
7. When and how are commissions paid?
Affiliates receive commission payouts every week, provided they meet the minimum threshold of ₹1,000. Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal.
8. How are refunds handled in the affiliate program?
Commissions are only finalized once the refund period (7 days post-purchase) has passed. If a sale is refunded within this period, no commission will be paid for that transaction.
9. What should I do if I believe a sale was not tracked properly?
If you believe that a sale was not tracked or credited correctly, please reach out to us at course.affiliate@onlineternals.com. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue.
10. Is there any support for affiliates to help increase sales?
Yes! We conduct live sessions on Saturdays to provide tips and strategies to increase your sales. These sessions cover best practices, marketing ideas, and ways to maximize your earnings.
11. What happens if I want to leave the affiliate program?
You may terminate your participation by notifying us 48 hours in advance. Simply email us at course.affiliate@onlineternals.com to process your request.
12. Under what circumstances could my affiliate account be terminated?
Affiliates may be removed from the program if they violate our Terms of Service, such as by providing false information to visitors, using bots or fake accounts for views, or engaging in unethical promotion. Violations may result in immediate termination without payout.
13. What legal jurisdiction applies to the affiliate program?
Our affiliate program is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
