At Eternals EdTech Platform LLP, we strive to provide a positive learning experience for all our users. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our refund process.


1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available only for courses priced above Rs. 500.
  • Users can request a refund within 30 days of purchasing the course.
  • Refunds will not be granted if:
    • The user has watched 90% or more of the course.
    • The request is made after the 30-day refund period.
    • The user has violated any of our Terms & Conditions.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, users must follow these steps:

  • Send an email to help@onlineternals.com or contact us via WhatsApp at 7500645905.
  • Provide the following details:
    • A screenshot showing the purchase date of the course.
    • A brief reason for requesting the refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Razorpay, PayPal, PayU, etc.).
  • If the original payment method fails, we will issue the refund manually.
  • Refund requests are typically processed within 7 working days after approval.

4. Partial Refunds

  • Users may request a partial refund if they prefer to keep part of the course content or services.
  • Full refunds are also available, as long as the refund request meets the eligibility requirements.

5. Technical Issues

  • If users face any technical issues that prevent them from accessing the course, we will work to resolve the issue within 3 working days.
  • If the issue is not resolved within this period, a full refund will be provided.

6. Non-Refundable Courses

  • Courses priced below Rs. 500 are non-refundable under any circumstances.

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days. However, the actual time for the funds to reflect in the user’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
